What a very interesting event last night!
THANK YOU to all those who attended, it was a great evening and loved seeing more new faces. We are in this together!
We had the lovely ☀️Ambra Parisi from Vone HR talk about retention in private healthcare and how us practice managers can look at various ways of improving the culture in the workplace in our practices, clinics and hospital.
A huge and important topic – especially since covid. With the government potentially implementing a 4 day working week, we quickly realise it’s impossible for healthcare generally to operate this way. The work we do is vital, providing the best patient journey and care we can, whilst ensuring our clinical and non-clinical teams are valued in their roles and supported in their wellbeing.
This was followed by George Broke from The Soke talking about wellbeing and how they provide an excellent journey of care, in a very incredibly and well thought out safe space. We really need to normalise mental health, and incorporate it into our staff wellbeing. At PMPSA we are always looking for ways to develop our network, and hope that in 2025 we can incorporate this into our forums and conferences – only the best for our PMPSA-ers!
