Another successful event last night!
Edward Ungar and William Basing from Pharmacierge and David Bass from DB Charles Recruitment were our guest speakers for yesterday’s event!
It was great to hear from Pharmacierge how easy it is to e-prescribe and how beneficial it can be for our GPs and practice management teams with workload and patient satisfaction.
David was able to provide some very useful and insightful advice on a candidate’s journey from beginning to end, and gave us a great point of view of a candidate and the do’s and don’t of interviewing – amazing and insightful as always – David is definitely our go-to for all things recruitment!
I am sorry to those who were unable to make it on this occasion, but thank you to all those who attended Susannah Nicholas, Seema Kapoor from The Mews Practice, Michelle Mazewski and it was great meeting a few new faces Rubie Ozanne, Sveltlana Koshutska from Dr Ebba Nielsen’s Practice and Cath Rood from Dr Tim Evans Practice!
Also a huge thank you to Caroline Metcalf Christopher Franklin Blendi Hasbahta Randa Alharazi and the team at Cleveland Clinic London for all your help in organising and hosting this event for PMPSA – Practice Managers in the Private Sector Association – the canapes were delicious, but the beautiful Aspinal folios were a real treat for us all – thank you for such a wonderful gesture!
This Association has been all about supporting Practice Managers in their very exclusive roles in Private Healthcare. I want to use the opportunity to celebrate us as PMs; this is our space, our forum, a chance to network with other PMs and to meet the businesses and companies who want to make our day to day lives easier in the practice management. We are slowly being recognised for all the work we do in the private sector – it’s not an easy job by far and we wear many hats as PMs, so I’m hoping this platform offers support, reassurance and recognition.
Thank you to all the organisations who are helping behind the scenes to make all this happen, your help is valued and appreciated and would not happen without your help.
